Job Summary

Interiors Point Trading Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Quotation Maker who will prepare accurate and timely quotations for clients. The successful candidate will coordinate with the Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams to ensure that product specifications, quantities, pricing, discounts, and other commercial terms are correct before quotations are released.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare professional and accurate client quotations based on approved price lists and sales requirements.
• Review product descriptions, measurements, quantities, specifications, and pricing.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives to clarify client requirements and quotation details.
• Confirm product availability, costs, and lead times with the Procurement and Inventory teams.
• Apply approved discounts, taxes, delivery charges, installation fees, and other applicable costs.
• Revise quotations based on authorized changes or client requirements.
• Maintain an organized quotation monitoring system and proper document filing.
• Follow up on pending information needed to complete quotations.
• Ensure that only authorized prices and discounts are reflected in quotations.
• Protect confidential information, including company pricing, supplier costs, and client records.
• Assist in preparing sales orders, cost estimates, and related documentation when required.
• Perform other related duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• College graduate or at least two years of relevant college education in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in quotation preparation, sales administration, costing, purchasing, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and Google Workspace.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and data-entry skills.
• Highly attentive to details and capable of checking computations accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple quotations and meet deadlines.
• Organized, dependable, and able to handle confidential business information.
• Experience in the interior design, construction, wallpaper, furniture, or building-materials industry is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of costing, markups, discounts, and VAT computations.
• Familiarity with quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and invoicing.
• Ability to read basic measurements, product specifications, and project requirements.
