Quotation Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Quotation Specialist who will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing quotations for clients. The role will work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure that quotations are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company pricing and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on client and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales to clarify product specifications, quantities, pricing, and project details.
• Coordinate with Operations and suppliers to confirm product availability, costs, and project requirements.
• Ensure quotations follow approved company pricing and margin guidelines.
• Review quotations for accuracy before sending them to clients or the Sales team.
• Maintain and organize quotation records and pricing references.
• Track quotation status and follow up with the Sales team on pending quotations.
• Revise quotations based on client requirements or changes in project scope.
• Assist Sales in preparing proposals, costing sheets, and other sales documents.
• Maintain updated pricing, product, and quotation templates.
Identify pricing discrepancies and coordinate corrections with the appropriate team.
• Perform other sales support and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Civil or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in quotations, sales administration, costing, or sales support is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
