R - Contract & Trading Executive

1.Purchase

Monitoring and updating of Purchase Contract records

Assist the Managing Director in coordinating with suppliers (local & oversea)

• Follow up on the Purchase Contract (supplier or CTI to issue)
• Follow up on the shipping schedule
• Follow up on the shipping documents
• Coordinate in arranging payment
• Coordinate on the discrepancies and claims

Internal coordination

• Coordinate the purchase shipping schedule with the stakeholders
• Coordinate payment arrangements with the stakeholders
• Coordinate the discrepancies and claims documents with the stakeholders
• To request LME price from Managing Director

2. Sales

Monitoring and updating of Sales Contract records

Assist the Managing Director in coordinating with customers (overseas)

• Follow up on the Sales Contract (customers or us to issue)
• To coordinate the shipping schedule
• To ensure shipping documents are well received
• Coordinate in collecting payment
• Coordinate on the discrepancies and claims

Internal coordination:

• Coordinate the sales shipping schedule with the stakeholders
• Coordinate invoice preparation with the stakeholders
• Coordinate the discrepancies and claims documents with the stakeholders
• To request LME price from Managing Director
