R - Junior Logistic Executive

Our client, a growing company specializing in waste management and recycling solutions. With a strong focus on efficient collection and logistics operations, they are looking for a motivated candidate to join their team and play an important role in coordinating daily collection activities, transport arrangements, and documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate truck arrangements for waste collection from customers.
• Communicate and coordinate with transporters, agents, customs agents, and customers.
• Prepare and manage customs declaration documents for waste transportation.
• Monitor collection schedules to ensure timely and smooth operations.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely customs clearance and collection.
• Track collection activities and ensure materials arrive or depart according to the committed schedule.
• Prepare and submit monthly collection monitoring reports accurately and on time.
