R - QC Engineer (Sheet Metal)

Our client, is looking for a Quality Assurance / Quality Control professional to support its manufacturing operations. This role will work closely with the production team, customers and suppliers to maintain product quality, resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality control activities with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure inspections are conducted according to the production schedule.
• Monitor corrective actions and follow up on recurring quality issues.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve product quality issues.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet required quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechatronic Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in the sheet metal industry is an added advantage.
• Able to read and interpret basic mechanical engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems.
• Computer literate and proficient in basic computer applications.
