Role Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Associate – F&A – R2R to manage General Accounting and Record-to-Report activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle R2R and General Accounting activities.
- Perform Account, GL, Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Support Month-End Close and Journal Entries.
- Manage Fixed Assets and Intercompany Accounting.
- Support Financial Reporting and Audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Key Skills
R2R, General Accounting, Reconciliation, GL Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation, Month-End Close, Journal Entries, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Reporting, SOX
Education
B.Com / BBA / Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Economics.
Good communication skills and flexibility to work in the evening shift are required.
