RA Assistant Manager

• Ensure regulatory compliance with Chinese food regulations for the entire product lifecycle, covering ingredients, formulations, labelling & claims; Monitor regulatory trends and proactively provide insights to internal teams on updates impacting product development or market entry.
• Product & Label Reviews: Collaborate with cross function teams to review product formulations and claims, approve product labels and PSO.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration：Partner with QA, Supply Chain, Legal, MKT, R&D for NPD projects and market entry projects. Participate in regulatory training sessions to stay updated on regulatory trends and share key updates with the team by providing internal guidance or training.
• Risk management: Identify potential compliance risk and advice mitigation plan. Provide regulatory assessment which impacts products and operations.

Qualification ◆ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related fields.

◆ A minimum of 2 years’ experience in regulatory affairs of food industry. Experience in nutrition or formulation is a plus. ◆Strong attention to detail: Capable of accurately reviewing labelling and interpreting complex regulatory documents. ◆ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively interact with local regulatory consultants and internal cross function teams. ◆ Basic computer skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office for document compilation and data management; familiarity with regulatory database tools is a plus.
