About the role

To support the continued excellence of our racing products, we are currently looking for a Racing Suit Stitcher to join our Production team.

The selected candidate will be involved in the manufacture of high-performance racing gloves worn by professional riders in motorsport disciplines. This is a highly specialized and detail-oriented role, requiring precision, craftsmanship, and a strong focus on product quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Stitching and assembling technical leather racing suits for professional riders;
• Performing hand stitching and machine sewing using flat-bed and post (column) sewing machines;
• Executing high-precision tailoring processes on leather and technical materials;
• Ensuring the finished product meets Alpinestars’ quality, performance, and safety requirements;
• Working closely with the production team to maintain consistency and attention to detail in every glove.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the production of leather, preferably in high-quality or technical products;
• Excellent proficiency in using flat-bed and post sewing machines;
• Experience with overlock and double-needle machines is considered a plus;
• Strong attention to detail and precision;
• Willingness to work overtime when required
