Racquets Coordinator/Shop Assistant

Join Our Racquets Team!

We are looking for a Racquets Coordinator/Shop Assistant who is passionate about racquets sports (tennis, padel, paddle tennis, pickleball and squash), thrives in a team environment, and loves interacting with people. If you're a high-energy tennis or racquets enthusiast with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of the game, we want you to help us elevate our racquets programs and create exciting, engaging experiences for our members!

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Racquets Engagement: Develop, promote, and execute creative racquets (tennis, padel, paddle tennis, pickleball, squash) programming, events, and tournaments that cater to all skill levels and keep our members coming back for more.
• Member Outreach: Build strong relationships with members by reaching out personally and understanding their needs and interests to increase participation.
• Tennis Shop Support: Assist in the daily operations of the Tennis Shop, from selling merchandise to managing court reservations, while ensuring an exceptional member experience.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Coordinate with the racquets team to ensure everything from drills to social events run seamlessly and are enjoyable for all.
• Be a Go-To Resource: Help members and guests navigate the various racquets offerings, make court assignments, and share information on lessons, clinics, and events.
• Enhance your racquets coaching skills working along side our all star staff

What We’re Looking For:

• A former or current tennis or racquet sports enthusiast with deep love and understanding for the games.
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills; you’ll be the friendly face members look forward to seeing.
• A creative, proactive thinker who can come up with new ideas to make our racquets program stand out.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, from assisting with shop duties to managing events.
• Retail experience is a plus, but passion and a willingness to learn are even more important.
