Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality radiation therapy treatment to patients with cancer, ensuring accurate and precise delivery of radiation doses.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress during radiation therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients undergoing radiotherapy.
• Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in radiation oncology technology and techniques to improve treatment outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MS/MD (Radiation Oncology) degree from a recognized institution.
• DMRT (Diploma in Medical Radiotherapy Technician) certification preferred but not mandatory.
• 0-5 years of experience as a Radiation Oncologist; freshers can also apply.
• Strong knowledge of radiation oncology principles, practices, and protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.
