Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer

We are looking for a Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to support the planning, design, testing, optimization, and troubleshooting of RF and wireless communication systems. The role involves both technical office work and field activities, including site surveys, equipment testing, and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and optimize RF systems and wireless communication networks.
• Conduct RF site surveys, measurements, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze RF performance data and recommend solutions to improve network coverage and quality.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and RF-related engineering drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams during implementation.
• Perform installation, commissioning, integration, and testing of RF equipment when required.
• Conduct field inspections and ensure that technical requirements and project specifications are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in RF engineering, telecommunications, wireless systems, or a related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of RF principles, wireless communication systems, signal propagation, and RF testing equipment.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and site visits as required.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to project sites when necessary.

Preferred / Advantageous Qualifications

• Experience with In-Building Solutions (IBS), Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), or indoor wireless coverage projects.
• Experience in RF surveys, walk testing, benchmarking, or network optimization.
• Familiarity with RF planning and optimization tools.
• Experience working with mobile network operators, telecommunications contractors, or system integrators.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
