Department: (Radio Network Centre-Radio Network Optimization)

In this position, you will:

• Perform initial troubleshooting and analysis of common network issues within the micro-grid, providing a basis for in-depth optimization.
• Execute fundamental network optimization tasks, including coverage, interference, and high-load optimization.
• Carry out parameter modifications, test scheduling, and data collection in accordance with the optimization plans.
• Organize and input various network data and solution data into the grid system and databases ("grid-and-database entry").
• Proficiently use various network management and optimization platforms, as well as digital tools/scripts, to improve work efficiency.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Communication Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5years of experience in network optimization.
• Solid understanding of fundamental network issue analysis methods and optimization techniques.
• Ability to execute plans and conduct testing, with the capability to independently complete data collection and data organization.
• Proficient in signaling analysis tools, map software, office software, and internal digital tools.
• Strong data processing and tool operation skills.
