Radiographer

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Position patients accurately and obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment safely and effectively.
• Verify patient identity, clinical information, and examination requests before procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and provide appropriate care and reassurance.
• Follow radiation safety principles and ALARA guidelines at all times.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Ensure proper infection-control and equipment-cleaning procedures are followed.
• Identify and report equipment problems or image-quality issues promptly.
