Radiographer

• Perform routine and contract studies in CT, MRI and angiography.
• Operate multi-modality equipment (X-Ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy)
• Perform routine calibrations, test equipment, and report technical faults.
• To prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation, these workers surround the exposed area with radiation protection devices, such as lead shields, or limit the size of the x-ray beam.
• Perform mammography and bone densitometry procedures.
• Perform more complex imaging procedures. For fluoroscopies, prepare a solution of contrast medium for the patient to drink, and assists in procedure.
• Follow physicians’ orders precisely and conform to regulations concerning the use of radiation to protect themselves, their patients, and their coworkers from unnecessary exposure.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Required minimum 5 years' experience as a Radiographer
• Must hold DHA eligibility letter or any other UAE healthcare license
• Preferred Female candidate
• Sensitive to patients’ physical and psychological needs.
• Well Oriented and must follow instructions.
• Teamwork and spirit.
• Ability to operate complicated equipment requires mechanical ability and manual dexterity.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
