What they need
- Performs encoding, filing, documentation, and other administrative tasks for the Radiology Department.
- Assists patients with appointments, inquiries, and basic examination-related concerns.
- Maintains accurate and confidential patient information, radiology records, reports, and imaging files.
- Coordinates with Radiologists, Radiologic Technologists, physicians, and other healthcare staff as needed.
- Retrieves and organizes radiology records and documents upon authorized request.
- Prepares monthly joint venture salary and remittance reports for submission to the Bookkeeper.
- Ensures accurate data entry, proper record management, and compliance with hospital policies.
- Demonstrates professionalism, good communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
