Duties

• Design, implement, and oversee clinical externship programs tailored for radiologic technology students, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards and industry best practices
• Collaborate with university faculty, clinical partners, and industry stakeholders to develop comprehensive training modules, schedules, and evaluation criteria
• Lead academic advising sessions for students participating in externships, providing mentorship and guidance on professional development
• Develop and maintain relationships with clinical sites to facilitate placements, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and address any issues that arise during externships

Skills

• Proven project management experience in educational or healthcare settings with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report writing, data analysis, and presentation purposes
• Prefer (not required) experience in university or college faculty roles involving teaching, academic advising, and curriculum development in radiologic sciences or related fields
• Skilled (Prefer but not required) in managing educational programs within academic institutions with a focus on research initiatives and higher education administration
• Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds while fostering an inclusive learning environment

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
