Radiologic Technologist

About the role

The Radiologic Technologist shall provide quality customer service to all patients and clients while adhering to the policies, guidelines, standard operating procedures, and protocols of the Radiology Department of Allied Care Experts (ACE) Medical Center–CDO, Inc.

Key responsibilities

• Assists the Radiologist in ultrasound procedures referred by the attending physician, including patient positioning/immobilization and application of aseptic technique when necessary.
• Performs and records mammography procedures as referred by the attending physician.
• Performs and records routine and special X-ray procedures as referred by the attending physician.
• Executes department standard operating procedures before and after every patient procedure.
• Performs appropriate before-and-after care of the assigned area.
• Monitors daily room cooling temperature, humidity, and helium levels of the equipment.
• Applies proper patient relations skills and explains procedures clearly to patients.
• Reports equipment malfunctions and other concerns to the Officer-in-Charge.
• Retrieves, releases, and properly files examination results.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned.

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology.
• Must be a PRC-licensed Radiologic Technologist.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, technical, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Demonstrates empathy, compassion, attention to detail, and effective time management.
• Must possess good moral character.
