DexaFit Scottsdale is a sports and human performance lab. Athletes, executives, and health-focused clients come to us for DEXA body composition and bone density scans, VO2 Max, resting metabolic rate, movement, and cognitive testing. We're not a hospital or imaging center. Our clients come in by choice, and they want to understand their bodies and leave with a plan.

The Role

We're looking for a certified radiologic technologist to run our DEXA program on a short-term contract. You'll perform scans, keep the system calibrated and compliant, and give every client a clear, friendly experience from check-in through check-out. This is a good fit for someone who is technically excellent and cares about wellness.

What You'll Do

• Perform whole-body DEXA scans for body composition and bone density with accurate, consistent patient positioning

• Run daily QA and phantom calibration, and keep QA logs current

• Follow radiation safety and ALARA practices, including pregnancy screening and contraindication checks before every scan

• Complete client intake, confirm consent forms, and verify identity and scan history

• Keep scan records accurate and organized in our software and scheduling system

• Maintain a clean, welcoming lab

• Escalate equipment issues, unusual findings, or safety concerns to the operations lead

What You'll Bring

Required:

• Current Arizona certification from the Medical Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners: Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)

• Availability for full-time hours (40/week) for the full contract period

Schedule

40 hours per week, including some early mornings and Saturdays based on client demand. The contract runs 2–4 weeks, with the final length set by business need. There may be future contract or part-time opportunities.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
