Radiologic Technologist PRN

Role Overview: This position involves performing imaging procedures within a specific modality, adhering to department protocols, and applying ALARA principles to minimize exposure. The role requires evaluating image quality, ensuring proper patient identification, and providing compassionate patient care aligned with Patient Family Centered care. Responsibilities include assisting radiologists, maintaining patient safety, and following aseptic techniques.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Accredited Program in Radiologic Technology
• ARRT-R certification in Radiography
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 1 year radiology experience preferred
• Ability to operate imaging equipment effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong patient/customer service skills

Additional Requirements: Certifications must be current upon hire, with specific licenses depending on the modality. The role reports to the modality manager and requires compliance with all organizational policies and standards.
