Job Summary

The CRDN annotation project is a collaborative effort between XXXXXXX and Centaur Labs to annotate a dataset of XXX angiograms and corresponding CT scans. The primary goal is to support AI model development for coronary and renal denervation procedures by generating high-quality, frame-aligned annotations across modalities.

Responsibilities

• Expert-led annotation of coronary and renal arteries

• Cross-modality alignment between CT and angiogram images

• Protocol-driven segmentation using internal standards and gold guidelines

  Requirements

• 2-3 Radiologists

• 225 total hours

• Estimated 75-115 hours per radiologist

• Start beginning of December; deliver by January 15th

• English speakers

• Flexible Time-zone: Project Management will be done by Project Managers in either US and South-East Asia

• Tool: 3D Slicer

  3.1 Data Type

• Modality: CT (Computed Tomography) and Angiogram images

• Format: DICOM image sequences (cine loops) and static frames

• Content: Imaging of coronary and renal arteries, including calcium deposits

  3.2 Annotation Types

• Segmentation: Polygon-based segmentation of anatomical structures in CT and angiogram images

• Labeling Targets: Coronary arteries; Renal arteries; Calcium deposits (if visible)
