What You’ll Do You will play a key role in safely unloading shiny new vehicles from railcars and preparing them for delivery. Every day brings variety, teamwork, and the satisfaction of keeping the supply chain moving for America’s auto industry. You will work outdoors in a lively rail yard environment, staying active and engaged while mastering new skills.

Schedule & Pay This role typically starts on first shift, with flexible hours based on rail schedules. You must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Starting pay is a competitive $23 per hour, with weekly paychecks.

Who We’re Looking For We welcome applicants from warehouse, delivery driver, landscaping, outdoor work, or railyard backgrounds. This position is perfect for anyone who enjoys staying active and working with their hands.

Requirements

• Must currently live within a 45-minute commute of Ayer, MA (no relocation candidates, please).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and drug screening.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds overhead and climb at various heights (no fear of heights).
• No high school diploma or GED required.
