  • Support the continued growth and development of our Track engineering capability.
  • Mentor and develop Track Engineers and future technical leaders.
  • Support other engineering design disciplines as required.
  • Support bids, client engagement and technical excellence initiatives.
  • Promote innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Rail business.

About you

  • Experience leading track design and rail infrastructure projects.
  • Understanding of rail corridor infrastructure, including earthworks, drainage and structural interfaces.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and technical interfaces.
  • Experience delivering rail projects across light rail, metro or heavy rail environments.
  • Strong engineering judgement and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and project teams.
  • Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline (Level 8 or Level 9 qualification).
  • Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland, ICE, IET or an equivalent professional institution.
  • A passion for mentoring, technical excellence and continuous improvement.
