Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Railway Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities related to railway bookings on the Tripjack platform. The role involves handling KYC verification, resolving operational queries, and ensuring seamless customer support through emails and calls.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform KYC verification of customers in line with compliance requirements.
• Handle and resolve operational queries related to railway bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
• Manage email communication efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Attend and resolve customer queries via IVR calls with a high level of professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of requests.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and service quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in railway operations, travel operations, customer support, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of railway booking processes, cancellations, refunds, and related operational workflows.
• Experience in KYC verification and compliance-related processes is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally over calls and emails.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and operational tools

Working Days : 6 Days ( Alternate Saturday Offs)

Working Time : 9 hrs ( 10 am to 11 pm ) Time as per roaster
