The Role

When engineering work needs to take place on the railway, a possession is taken to close the line and create a safe working environment.

As a Possession Support operative, you’ll play a key role in helping make that happen. Working under direction, you’ll assist in delivering safe access arrangements for engineering teams, ensuring everything is in place, compliant and communicated correctly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting in the implementation of safe possession arrangements

Supporting the movement of engineering trains where required

Following railway rules, legislation and company procedures

Communicating clearly and professionally with relevant stakeholders

Completing required documentation accurately and on time

Following industry reporting standards

Right to work in the UK

Essential Requirement

Full UK Driving Licence

Full 8 Day training course provided
