MATERIALS AND DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

DAEA TI Transportation Philippines Inc. is seeking a Materials and Document Controller for the MRT7 Railway Communications Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage material receiving, issuance, and inventory.
• Verify material quantities and maintain records of materials issued to and used at site.
• Maintain delivery receipts, material inventory logs, and supporting records.
• Register, distribute, and file project drawings, correspondence, inspection documents, and other records.
• Maintain current document versions and track revisions.
• Coordinate material and document requirements with site personnel and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, AutoCAD.
• Able to communicate in English and prepare basic written reports.
• Accurate and organized in maintaining records.
• Responsible and able to work effectively with site teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in materials control or document control on construction or railway projects.
• Experience maintaining material inventory logs and document registers.
• Available to start immediately.
