Raisebore Driller

Westgold are seeking Raisebore Drillers to work a 14/14 Roster.

The role includes

• Operate drill rig as per Westgold's procedure requirements, ensuring that operations are always safe
• Complete daily shift reports and submit to immediate Supervisor before end of each shift
• Perform preventative maintenance on drill rigs and equipment
• Perform breakdown repairs to drill rig components, reporting any damage as required
• Conduct routine cleaning of the drill rig equipment and vehicles
• Attend required training to successfully complete required duties
• Perform workplace inspections diligently and at every required timeframe

What do I need?

• Previous Raisebore operation experience (Robbins, Epiroc and Terratec Raisebore rigs experience advantageous)
• Comprehensive understanding of basic drilling practices, equipment and technologies
• Cert III Drilling Operations
• Demonstrated ability to drive safety
• Self-driven work ethic
• Dedicated commitment to safety
• Manual drivers licence
• Ability to pass a pre employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol screen
• National Police Clearance valid within last 12 months
