Overview:

Client is looking for an experienced accounting professional with strong Ramp implementation experience to support an immediate systems implementation project. This person will serve as the accounting and systems “glue,” helping ensure Ramp is properly designed and implemented around the company’s accounting processes as the business continues to scale globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation of Ramp , including system setup, workflows, integrations, and accounting processes.
• Translate accounting requirements into effective system configurations.
• Evaluate current AP and accounting workflows and determine how they should operate within Ramp.
• Partner closely with the internal project manager and accounting stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and help connect Ramp with the broader accounting systems environment.
• Ensure AP, expense management, controls, approvals, and reporting workflows are properly configured.
• Provide hands-on support through implementation and rollout.

Requirements

• Strong accounting background required , ideally with hands-on AP experience.
• Direct Ramp implementation experience required — looking for someone who has actually helped implement/configure Ramp, not simply used the platform.
• Strong understanding of AP workflows, accounting controls, reconciliations, and GL processes .
• Ability to bridge the gap between accounting and systems/technology and understand how system decisions affect downstream accounting.
• Experience implementing or integrating accounting/fintech systems strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment and owning an implementation from a hands-on perspective.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite .
• ASAP availability , could start tomorrow.
• Initial implementation expected to last approximately a few weeks .
