What they need
We are urgently hiring Fraud Prevention Customer Service Representatives to join our team in BGC, Taguig. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and interested in building a career in the BPO/fraud prevention space.
Qualifications
- Senior High School graduate with more than 6 months of BPO experience, OR
- College graduate, with or without work experience.
- Can start ASAP
Compensation
- Salary Package: 25,800 (plus allowance and 20%-night differential pay, etc)
- HMO provided
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive customer/account information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven fraud prevention environment
- Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
