RAN Configuration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage radio parameter configuration and implementation across 2G/3G/4G/5G networks .
• Prepare Low-Level Planning documentation and configuration datasets.
• Execute and validate parameter changes at cell, site and cluster levels.
• Support network rollout , i ntegration and RFS-to-TIS processes .
• Verify parameter consistency, investigate configuration discrepancies and ensure compliance with network standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and support operational ticket management .

Qualifications

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering , Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in RAN configuration , radio parameter management and network integration.
• Good knowledge of LTE/5G architecture , radio parameters and configuration procedures.
• Hands-on experience with RAN configuration management and OSS tools .
• Understanding of configuration validation , change management and network rollout processes.
• Ability to independently manage configuration tasks and technical documentation.
• Good written and spoken English and Polish .
• Openness to visits to the Katowice office.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with COM5, ATOLL, STOV or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of Ericsson, Huawei and/or Nokia RAN environments.
• Familiarity with Vodafone configuration management processes.
• Basic Python or SQL scripting skills.
• Italian and/or German language skills.
