Ran Integration Engineer

We are looking for an experienced RAN Integration Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in 4G/5G RAN integration and troubleshooting, preferably with strong experience in Nokia RAN technologies. The candidate will be responsible for RAN integration, configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful network deployment and service readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform 4G/5G RAN integration, commissioning, and configuration activities.
• Work on Nokia RAN equipment and technologies for network integration and deployment.
• Perform integration of BTS/eNodeB/gNodeB with the core and transport network.
• Configure and validate 4G LTE and 5G NR network parameters.
• Troubleshoot RAN-related issues, alarms, connectivity problems, and integration failures.
• Analyze network logs, alarms, and performance counters to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform site integration, acceptance, and service readiness activities.
• Coordinate with NOC, Core, Transmission, Field, and other technical teams for issue resolution.
• Handle integration-related activities during new site deployment, modernization, and network expansion.
• Perform software upgrades, configuration changes, and parameter modifications as required.
• Ensure integration activities are completed within defined SLA and project timelines.
• Prepare integration reports, troubleshooting reports, and maintain relevant technical documentation.
• Participate in shift/on-call support and provide timely resolution of critical network issues.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in RAN Integration.
• Strong hands-on experience in 4G LTE and 5G NR.
• Strong experience with Nokia RAN equipment/solutions.
• Good knowledge of BTS/eNodeB/gNodeB integration and commissioning.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of RAN alarms, configuration, parameters, and connectivity issues.
• Good understanding of IP networking, transmission, and synchronization concepts.
• Experience in network rollout/integration and troubleshooting activities.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working with telecom operators/vendor environments.
• Exposure to 2G/3G/4G/5G multi-technology networks.
• Experience with Nokia tools and OSS/EMS platforms.
• Willingness to work in shifts and provide on-call support when required.
