R&D Administration (1 year contract)

About the role

Support R&D team such as Material Code, NPD Data Management, PR/PO Management and work cross functional as coordinator.

Key responsibilities

• Create raw and pack material codes and revising relate to Material master data in the DSP system
• Serve as a key user responsible for establishing and updating NPD (New Product Development) or existing product data in the SAP system including Label set, Finish product recipe, General recipe, and Plant recipe
• Act as R&D key user and coordinator with the IT team to resolve issues related to SAP PLM and prevent any impact on manufacturing operations
• Report and track issues and services in SAP system, providing daily, weekly, and monthly updates along with action plans to resolve the issues
• Create PR, PO, and shipping document
• Coordinate with relevant departments to release packaging specifications, standards, and finished product requirements
• Create, register, and manage documents in accordance with the system requirements
• Coordinate with internal and external department to meet requirements
• Coordinate with warehouse team to manage and control RD location

About you

• Bachelor degree in packaging or related field
• 0-2 years experience
• SAP Basis Experience is an advantage
• Ability to create and/or edit written document in English
• Ability to verbally communicate with persons inside and outside the organization in both Thai and English
• Good communication skill, Teamwork, Interpersonal and Interaction skills
