R&D BARISTA / BEVERAGE APPLICATION SPECIALIST

We are looking for a creative and hands-on R&D Barista to support our beverage product development, testing and customer applications. This role is suitable for someone who wants to grow beyond traditional café operations into the F&B R&D field.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and test new beverage recipes and concepts.

• Conduct application testing for coffee, tea, syrups, powders and other beverage ingredients.

• Prepare samples for internal testing, customers and product demonstrations.

• Improve recipes based on taste, aroma, sweetness, texture and customer feedback.

• Standardize and document beverage recipes and preparation methods.

• Support customer demonstrations, training, exhibitions and events.

• Keep up with current beverage and café trends.

• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to develop customized beverage solutions according to customer requirements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of barista or beverage-related experience preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong barista skills are welcome to apply.

• Good knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.

• Creative and passionate about developing new drinks and flavours.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in beverage/menu development is an added advantage.
