R&D Chemist - Lubricating Grease

Position Summary:

Join our grease R&D team and play a key role in product innovation and localization. You will develop next-generation grease products that bring our global technology platform to the Chinese market — solving real customer problems and driving business growth through technical excellence.

What do we look for?

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline;
• Experience in grease synthesis, grease development, or the lubricants industry;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay organized and productive while managing multiple projects in parallel;
• Strong teamwork and results orientation, a proactive attitude, and the willingness to take on more responsibility and grow together with the team.

What will you do?

• Independently lead grease product development and application research, and drive the localization of our global product platforms to serve Chinese customers with internationally leading technology;
• Work closely with Product Application Managers to tackle customer issues on site and lead on-line trials for new products — your work has a direct impact on business retention and growth;
• Evaluate new and alternative raw materials to enhance product performance while optimizing cost structures — turning technical insight into commercial value;
• Provide in-depth technical support to customers, including on-site technical service, non-routine analysis, and product improvement solutions — becoming a trusted technical partner to your customers.
