What they need
Job Role:
- Development of new ink formulations (Gravure, Flexo, Offset, UV)
- Raw material evaluation and cost optimization
- Lab trials, pilot trials and scale-up to production
- Work on product improvement and performance enhancement
- Maintain R&D documentation and lab management
Required Skills for Both:
- Knowledge of Ink / Paint / Coating formulation
- Hands-on with lab testing equipment
- Good documentation and reporting skills
Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry / B.Tech Paint Technology / Polymer Technology
Experience: 3-7 Years in Ink / Paint / Resin R&D
Salary: Best as per industry standards + Benefits
