We are seeking an experienced R&D professional to join our dynamic team at NISSIN FOODS ASIA CO., LTD.'. As an R&D professional, you will play a crucial role in developing and improving our innovative food products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive research and development to enhance existing food products and create new ones
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product development and launch
3. Analyse market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product innovation
4. Oversee the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve production efficiency and product quality
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and regulatory standards
6. Document and present research findings to stakeholders

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
2. Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar R&D role within the food industry
3. Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
6. Proficiency in using relevant software and laboratory equipment
7. Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures
