Job Overview We are offering an internship opportunity in the R&D department for the new all-electric Mercedes-Benz Van project. This role focuses on auxiliary electrical and electronic engineering work with full mentor guidance, suitable for students who would like to accumulate automotive R&D experience. Outstanding interns will have the opportunity to convert to a full-time official position after graduation. Key Responsibilities - Support the R&D, testing and optimization of EE systems for new all-electric Mercedes-Benz vans to ensure excellent vehicle user experience - Provide technical support for internal cross-functional teams including R&D, Production and Quality, as well as cooperate with Mercedes-Benz China and Germ - Bachelor or above student, major in Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Automation, Computer Science or other related engineering disciplines - Strong interest in the automotive industry and new energy vehicle EE system development - Basic problem-solving mindset, proactive learning ability and good self-management skills - Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems (ADAS, Telematics, EE architecture, test & validation methods, EV projects) is a plus,（not mandatory） - Logical thinking, detail-oriented, positive attitude and willing to take challenges - Good teamwork and communication skills; driving license is preferred - Proficient in English for daily work communication, comfortable working in an international cross-cultural environment Internship Benefits - Standard international working environment and complete automotive engineering training system - One-on-one mentorship from senior R&D engineers - In-depth participation in brand-new electric vehicle R&D projects - Standard international working environment and complete automotive engineering training system
