- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Chemical Engineering or Food Engineer.
- 1-2 years in related field.
- Review the related documents/literature for new process.
- Design and prepare/develop the equipment for experiment.
- Propose the process for pilot and production scale.
- Scale up the new process from laboratory scale to pilot and/or production scale.
- Work with R&D team and/or Process Engineer to solve the production issue.
- Report any unusual or anything that may affect the food safety, occupational health, safety, environment and other management system.
- Follow other tasks as assigned.
