• Concepts development in line with requirement or idea from product manager/customer.
• Partly support product developer to standardize drawing/article/document…based on Weidmueller standard.
• Products detailed design, with all solutions which are verified through prototyping and simulation when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, Product Management and project management to ensure product manufacturability and facilitate quality control.
• Support product realization and effectiveness through measures such as sample evaluation, pre-testing, design changes, or optimization.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test reports.

Strictly work conforming to relevant process and industry standard. Quick response / detail oriented, Good at time management. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or above degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in terminal blocks and connector.
• Proficient in 3D design software (e.g., Auto CAD, CATIA, SolidWorks)
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product testing.
• Collaboration skills, with a very careful and detail oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin.
