R&D Engineer 研发工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibility / 工作职责：

• Take charge of new product cost calculation and development plan. 负责新产品的成本预算和开发策划。
• On the basis of development process, to promote the work of each stage, to ensure the new product development progress. Report the working condition to the superior in time. 依照开发流程，推进各阶段的工作，确保新产品的开发进度。及时向上级汇报工作情况。
• Take charge of compile and manage the data which is related to R&D 、 drawing 、 BOM、project folder and so on. 负责开发设计相关的资料，图纸和BOM 以及项目文件夹等的制作和管理。
• During the development process, responsible for the test arrangement and test result analysis。 负责开发过程中，各试验及测试的推进及试验结果的分析。
• Take charge of the mass production import for new product. 负责新产品的量产导入。
• Responsible for technical support to customers、dealers and other departments.

负责对客户、经销商和其他部门的技术支持。

• Other R&D related jobs and other duties set by the R&D Manager. 其他研发相关工作以及研发部经理布置的其它工作。 Requirement / 能力要求：
• Bachelor degree or above, manufacturing technology, Mechanical or related majors . 学士及以上学位，机械相关专业。 2. 8 Years working experience or above in related fields, and master in using related design software. 至少8年以上电动工具研发工作经历，并熟练运用相关设计软件。
• Good written and spoken English, and must pass the CET4

英语读写流利,通过CET 4

• Good interpersonal skills and team player 良好的人际沟通能力和团队精神。
• Familiar with power tools design. 熟悉电动工具设计工作。
