R&D Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D projects, focusing on innovative machine construction solutions for the Dry Bulk industry.
• Engage in close collaboration and regular communication with the R&D team (international) to align strategies and share insights.
• Design, develop, and test new machine concepts, contributing to both local and global product development.
• Analyse and research to inform design decisions and technological advancements.
• Ensure that engineering solutions adhere to international standards and embody efficiency and innovation.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• A bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in R&D within the machine construction industry, with international project exposure.
• Experience at working for an international company is a plus
• Experience with SolidWorks is a plus.
• He will be working hands on setting product specification, developing concepts, developing detailed engineering, materials selection, GD&T, tolerance stacks, engineering calculations, creating test prototypes, developing manufacturing parts, product testing and helping with product launch
