R&D Engineer

• Manage R&D projects including literature review, project design, laboratory testing, analysis and reporting
• Identify, test, and troubleshoot metallization processes for PCB panels, Photovoltaic (PV) wafers, AI chips, LED substrates and other semiconductor parts
• Communicate with customers and technology partners for technology roadmaps, process development, project progress, test plans and prototype setup
• Collaborate with equipment engineers to ensure hardware designs meet process and performance requirements
• Occasional overseas trips required

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in handling chemicals
• Ability to set up Design of Experiments (DoE) and execute tests for new processes
• Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Engineering mindset with hands-on troubleshooting capability
• Preferable for knowledge of SolidWorks
• 0–2 years working experience (fresh graduates/early career candidates are welcome)
