R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Handled about New Model.
• New Model Trial all Process (Injection, Paint/Screen, Laser, Assy).
• Solving all Quality Problems and Analysis and take the Corrective Action.
• Contact Supplier when the Problem occurs.
• Maintain APQP Documentation to support Manufacturing Process and in accordance with Customer Requirements.
• Report all Problems and Results of all Operations to Project Leader.
• Have Investigation and Root Cause Analysis skill, Why-Why Analysis, 8D Report and RCA Techniques.

Qualifications:

• Male, age 24-30 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience as a New Model Engineer or in a QA/QC role in the Injection Molding or Automotive Industry..
• Have Khowledge about IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Conversation of English.
