R&D Engineer

About the role

PROFENDER COMPANY LIMITED' is seeking a talented R&D Engineer to join our team in Samphran, Nakhon Pathom. As an R&D Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of innovative mechanical engineering solutions that contribute to the company's strategic objectives. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Salary: Based on experience and ability.

Responsibilities:

·         Design and develop new suspension products

·         Conduct testing, validation, and performance analysis

·         Collaborate with production and quality teams

·         Prepare technical reports and documentation

·         Opportunity for international travel and collaboration

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field

·         Minimum 1–3 years of experience in R&D or product development

·         Strong understanding of automotive systems (suspension knowledge is a plus)

·         Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)

·         Good analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Able to communicate in English
