R&D Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and test new products and technical solutions.
• Analyze existing products and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, reports, and documentation.
• Conduct product testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Service, and other technical teams.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during product development.
• Support prototyping, product modifications, and improvement activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of R&D projects and test results.
• Stay updated with new technologies, components, and industry developments.

Required Skills

• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Knowledge of product development and testing processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings/specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering/software tools.

Qualification

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / relevant engineering field.
• Relevant R&D or product development experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
