R&D Engineer (Electronic and Electrical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist to design and develop electronic circuits and systems, PWB and PCBA for electrical musical instruments.
• Conduct research to innovate and improve existing products.
• Lead a team and assist to collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, product designers, and acoustics engineers.
• Create detailed technical documentation and specifications such as schematic, BOM, PCB layout, XY data etc
• Person In charge for collaboration for prototype and test new designs to ensure functionality and performance.
• Assist to Manage and plan for troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the development and production phases.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronic components and musical instrument technology.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as EMC & Safety Test regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in electronic circuit design and development.
• Proficiency in using CAD tools for electronic design (e.g., Altium, Eagle).
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience with microcontrollers and embedded systems.
• Knowledge of audio signal processing and acoustics is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for music and musical instruments.
