R&D Engineer, Embedded Software/嵌入式开发工程师

• Embedded software development – 40%
• Understand the functional requirements and technical indicators of product.
• Capable of embedded software framework design base on product function.
• Responsible for the embedded software coding and communication protocol formulating.
• Ensure that the development software can meet the functional requirements of the product.
• Product debugging and testing – 25%
• Familiar with various software test tools and methods, able to independently develop software test plans and complete the preparation of test instructions.
• Familiar with the influence of various test equipment on indicators and performance and established the test system through the selection of test equipment.
• Able to independently complete debugging and testing of software.
• Understand basic principles of optics, familiar with photoelectric debugging methods and skills.
• Ensure that the embedded software debugging and testing to meet the requirements of the overall performance of the product.
• Computer software development – 25%
• Develop computer software to test embedded software of products.
• Develop computer software for automated debugging and testing of products.
• Other – 10%
• Familiar with all aspects of product production.
• Be able to communicate effectively with production and quality departments and cooperate with the reliability work of product production.
• Can continuously investigate and learn to improve new knowledge and technology.
• Able to guide assistant engineers in R&D and production support.

Job Requirements：

• College graduation with Master Degree or above. Majored in electronics, communication engineering or related.
• More than 5 years of working experience.
• Skilled in MCU, ARM and DSP software development, Linux application and driver development.
• Skilled in one of other embedded operation system and development.
• Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Be familiar with one of Visual Studio and QT development tools to design basic computer software.
• Comprehend basic hardware circuit design.
• It's best to be familiar with the development of the SONiC system.
