R&D Engineer (Licensed Mechanical Engineer)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify new technologies, materials, or methods.
• Design and develop prototypes and test them for functionality, durability, and compliance.
• Analyze experimental data and iterate on designs to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, marketing, and product management.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support manufacturing during product ramp-up.
• Maintain detailed documentation for patents, regulatory compliance, and future reference.
• Manage product timelines, budget, and resources for R&D initiatives.

Requirements:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• With a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Has 2 to 5 years of experience in Construction.
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City and work full time on-site.
