R&D Engineer, Mechanical/机械结构工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibility: Take ownership of the design, research & development, and manufacturing of opto‑mechanical assembly products. Participate in the full lifecycle of opto‑mechanical product development, including conceptual design, technical planning, scheme demonstration, feasibility evaluation, and related engineering activities. Provide professional engineering and technical support to cross‑functional operational teams. Optimize assembly processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support stable mass production. Collaborate closely with customers and the sales team to deliver timely, accurate, and professional technical support and solutions. Job Requirements: Minimum two years of professional experience in high‑precision mechanical design/assembly, opto‑mechanical design/assembly, precision testing instruments, optics, or optical communication. Hands‑on experience in mechanical or opto‑mechanical system integration, assembly, and testing. Proficiency in engineering design tools including SolidWorks and CAD. Ability to perform mechanical and thermal simulation and analysis using commercial software or numerical calculation methods. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to develop targeted, feasible solutions and improvement plans for complex engineering issues. Proactive learning mindset with openness to new technologies, knowledge, and innovative ideas. Excellent professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
