R&D Engineer, Optical Design/镜头光学设计工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibility: Obtain customers' product application information via Sales or the Internet, understand customers' specific requirements; be familiar with the manufacturing process and cost model of similar products; provide feasible process design and accurate cost information (including yield rate, labor cost, etc.). Based on the technical evaluation of customers' requirement specifications, use the company’s CMP system to conduct overall cost evaluation for customer orders after full communication with customers and Sales, including costs of raw materials, special tooling, fixtures, special consumables, etc. Reply to customers' inquiries in a timely manner; for products that are difficult to manufacture or beyond the company’s capabilities, if customers still require them, summarize internal evaluation proposals and provide the best alternatives. Provide design plans for customers according to their requests. Maintain communication with customers, optimize designs to meet their requirements for product performance and cost. Draft and revise process documents (including SOP, work process sheet, standard parameter sheet, process flow sheet, etc.) based on product characteristics and internal processing capabilities to standardize production processes. Provide technical support to customers, production lines, Sales department and suppliers. Collaborate with quality engineers to improve testing methods and measurement instruments and resolve customer complaints. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, master’s degree preferred, major in Optics, Physics, Automation or related fields. At least 2 years of working experience in optical design; experience in lens design (e.g., micro-objective lens, laser scan lens, camera lens) is preferred. At least 1 year of experience in optical lens sub-assembly; familiar with lens component manufacturing and related tolerance definitions. Familiar with optical design software (Zemax or CODE V), CAD and SolidWorks. Familiar with the characteristics, technical difficulties and applications of key products in semiconductor, life science, auto drive and laser-related industries. Strong customer-oriented awareness and good planning and organizational skills. Ability to conduct comprehensive analysis and solve problems, with innovative thinking and strong teamwork awareness.
