R&D Engineer (Product Planning IoT)

Join our R&D team and support the development and implementation of IoT products and solutions. This role works closely with Product Planning, Sales, and Affiliates to support PoC activities and provide technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Product Planning and Sales teams to support IoT projects and customer requirements.
• Support PoC activities, including installation, testing, and technical troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support for IoT products and systems.
• Support MARTURO-E installation and operation at affiliates.
• Coordinate with related teams to ensure smooth project implementation and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in IoT, technical support, PoC, or project coordination is preferred.
• Basic understanding of IoT or A/C systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
